Export License Registration Process

The process for obtaining an Export License starts with registering on the NEPC  E-registration platform and uploading relevant documents. Invoice is then generated and once payment is made the certificate is typically issued within 72hours of payment except queried for missing or wrong information.  The cost of an export certificate is dependent on whether the application is fresh or a renewal and the certificate is valid for an initial two years, after which it becomes renewable for a period of one year annually. Physical collection of certificates have been discontinued and exporters no longer need to visit NEPC to pickup hard copy but instead are required to print e-certificate for their records
